The First Affiliated Hospital of USTC, also known as Anhui Provincial Hospital, traces its origins to Hefei Christian Hospital founded in 1898. In December 2017, it became a directly affiliated hospital of USTC, evolving into a leading tertiary Grade A general hospital integrating healthcare, education, research. Recognized nationally, it ranks 20th in China (2023 National Health Commission Performance Evaluation), consistently listed among China’s Top 100 Hospitals (Fudan University Rankings), and holds the 38th position globally,7th position nationally(2024 Nature Index) for healthcare institutions.
With 6 campuses and 7,095 open beds, USTC-FAH includes:
• Central Campus: Core medical and management hub.
• South Campus: Specialized in neurology and cardiovascular diseases.

• North Campus: National Trauma Regional Medical Center.
